Holmes Beverly Groundbreaking

The 52-unit a residential building in downtown Beverly designed by ICON Architecture has broken ground at 119 Rantoul Street. The development aims to activate the streetscape along Rantoul Street corridor and is just a block away from the MBTA commuter rail station.
