This week, we joined Pennrose in celebrating the opening of Forge, a mixed-income rental community in Lenox, MA. The development offers 65 townhouse style apartments located in the scenic Berkshires. With walking trails, playground, outdoor social and leisure areas, and lookout points with views of October Mountain and the surrounding woodlands, Forge offers residents many opportunities to connect with the landscape while preserving the surrounding natural woodland.
