Another transit oriented housing development has started construction this month! 95 Everett St will offer 88 units of affordable housing to the Allston-Brighton neighborhood, and is walking distance from the Boston Landing commuter rail station. The building includes a rooftop terrace and ground-floor retail space. We are so excited to see this project come to life!

The 52-unit a residential building in downtown Beverly designed by ICON Architecture has broken ground at 119 Rantoul Street. The development aims to activate the streetscape along Rantoul Street corridor and is just a block away from the MBTA commuter rail station. We are so excited to see this project come to life!

We are excited to share that after nearly 10 years of hard work, the Ticcoma Green workforce housing development on Nantucket is finally under construction!

Check out the construction progress at the UMass Amherst Computer Science Laboratories! This landscape demonstrates the value of enhancing existing landscape conditions through design. Our team preserved many mature trees while improving ADA access, integrating stormwater management as a landscape feature, and accommodating campus maintenance capacity through thoughtful planting design. We are excited to share progress on our nearly complete project at the Hebrew Senior Life Rehabilitation Center in Roslindale, MA. The project transforms the rooftop courtyard into an inviting and accessible space to encourage residents spend time outside in the warmer months. Check out the before image to see what the courtyard looked like when we started!

Another one of our school playground projects is in construction, this time on a roof! A recent site visit to the new Leahy Elementary School in Lawrence, MA included checking the placement of play structure elements and watching as trees were lifted several stories into the air!

Construction continues right along at the future Sarah Roberts Elementary School in Roslindale! We are so excited to see the nature play zone continue to take shape and the new playground structures come together!

Big changes are taking shape at the future Sarah Roberts Elementary School in Roslindale! Landscape construction is well underway, with exciting features coming to life: playground areas for big and little kids, a mini track, natural turf field, outdoor classroom, nature play zone, and a learning garden. New landscape outside and architectural updates inside are creating an inspiring space for students to learn, play, and grow—just in time for back-to-school season!

Our project at 217 Somerville Ave is almost complete! We expect the project to be finished by the end of June. Now let's get those trees to grow!

We are excited to see installation begin on the Muñecas Sin Rostro (The Faceless Dolls Project) at Palmer Cove park and Pioneer Terrace! Naomi and Mark were at the park on Monday when the sculptures arrived. The dolls will be painted by local artists to reflect the stories of Salem residents as a continuation of the community art project organized by the Punto Urban Art Museum. The project was inspired by the traditional Faceless Dolls made by Liliana Mera Limé, a pottery wor
