Davol Park Ribbon Cutting

Davol Park in Taunton, MA had its official opening last week! Leah Broder and John Carter worked on schematic design for this project two years ago with GCG Associates, Inc. The design transformed a seldom used baseball field into a recreational area that includes 6 pickleball courts, 2 bocce courts, 2 shuffleboard courts, horseshoes, corn hole, a walking path, seating area and exercise equipment, as well as a dog park across the street. The sport courts are all oriented north-south so that no one is staring directly at the sun when playing pickleball, or any other activity.
