Caitlyn Van de Meulebroecke
Designer
Caitlyn joined Crowley Cottrell in the summer of 2022. She brings a variety of work experience from her undergraduate studies, including leading the graphic design of an on-campus magazine, working at a botanical garden, and interning at a multi-disciplinary firm.
Caitlyn received her Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Clemson University. She has a minor in Social Sciences which enabled her to learn and research about the cultural and psychological perspective of how humans interact with their environments and each other. This perspective informed her senior project in which she created imaginative design solutions to address the negative impact that development has had on the Gullah Geechee community in Charleston, South Carolina, where she grew up. At Crowley Cottrell, she is excited to continue to work on projects that benefit communities and acknowledge the complex social factors at play in design. When she’s not at work, Caitlyn is often at a rock-climbing gym, on a trail hiking, or traveling.
