Holmes Beverly Groundbreaking

The 52-unit a residential building in downtown Beverly designed by ICON Architecture has broken ground at 119 Rantoul Street. The development aims to activate the streetscape along Rantoul Street corridor and is just a block away from the MBTA commuter rail station. We are so excited to see this project come to life!

We are excited to share that the new Computer Science Laboratory building at UMass Amherst has achieved LEED Platinum certification!
