Michelle Crowley is at her best untangling complex sites and bringing people together around a shared vision. With a thoughtful, down-to-earth approach, she helps clients navigate challenging projects with confidence, balancing technical rigor, creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of how landscapes are built. From private estates to campuses, parks, and civic spaces, Michelle enjoys transforming complicated constraints into places that feel natural, welcoming, and enduring.

Beginning her career as a landscape contractor in Santa Fe before earning her Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania, Michelle has spent more than three decades designing and overseeing landscapes of every scale. Her builder's perspective, attention to detail, and collaborative leadership allow her to bridge design and construction while drawing out the strengths of clients, consultants, and contractors alike.

Michelle's relationship with the landscape began long before her professional career. Growing up on the edge of the Santa Fe National Forest, she spent countless hours exploring foothills and arroyos, redirecting water through neighborhood acequias, and learning how people shape the land—and how the land shapes us in return. Influenced equally by her mother's world of theater and her father's love of engineering and craftsmanship, she continues to bring both artistry and practicality to every project she leads.
