Currently the site of an underused baseball field, a well loved basketball court, and a volunteer-built community garden, Palmer Cove is a unique, large, waterfront green space in the densest neighborhood in Salem. Crowley Cottrell has partnered with the North Shore Community Development Coalition to run a robust community engagement and vision process to address issues of access, resilience and community in the park's future.
