West Tisbury, MA

 

This Island Housing Trust project provides much needed low-income housing on Martha’s Vineyard. Working together with builders and architects from the first brainstorming session was critical for the design of this sensitive development.

The landscape goals of this sustainable development are to limit disturbance and removal of large trees, enhance native landscape character, and to provide units with private outdoor spaces as well as shared decks for gathering.
