Crowley Cottrell’s design incorporates ecological education in the landscape. A rain garden provides a space for students to observe natural systems. An outdoor classroom on the green roof and provides an opportunity to learn about green technology. The design also includes spaces for gathering next to the campus quad. 

 

Crowley Cottrell is engaged in several campus projects at Concord Academy including: improvements to the campus edge along historic Main Street, additions to residential houses to provide handicap accessibility and outdoor living, new ecologically focused science labs with green roof, and renovations to the core academic building to create a student center.
