The central story of this P3 Housing development is the preservation of mature trees. Replacing outdated and toxic graduate student and faculty apartments, the project was carefully planned to retain as many healthy, high-value trees as possible. Our team worked closely with engineers, contractors, and the owner throughout design and construction, ensuring that these trees shaped the layout of the site. As a result, the new neighborhood feels rooted and established from the very first day, despite the project’s limited planting budget.
