Medford, MA

 

Beginning with a feasibility study for the conversion of several Tufts owned woodframe structures to Junior/Senior housing, Crowley Cottrell completed the site design for 16 houses near Boston and Winthrop Streets in Medford and their common space. Issues include accessibility, neighborhood appropriateness, and campus identity, in addition to maintenance and durability.
