This small Art college is scattered about downtown Manchester and lacks a cohesive campus. As the school aims to increase enrollment, our master plan will guide both the development of a sense of place to entice new students, and the growth of new facilities. By clustering new buildings on the streets around a new and existing park, a campus is made within the city fabric.
