Like many independent schools, the campus evolved through the acquisition of Main Street residences, resulting in multiple driveways and a fragmented layout.

The plan consolidates and reduces these driveways while introducing a continuous pedestrian spine that follows the site’s contours, linking academic and residential zones. At its center, a car-free quad provides a shared social and visual focus. Key views to the lake are preserved along the main entry drive, reinforcing campus identity and shaping a strong first impression for visitors and prospective students.
