Crowley Cottrell developed a concept design, cost model, and planting plan for the redevelopment of a site in Taunton anchored by a dilapidated baseball field and underused basketball court. The proposal replaces these elements with a series of game courts—including bocce, cornhole, shuffleboard, horseshoes, and pickleball—organized within a clear, flexible layout and framed by shade trees. Courts are oriented north–south to reduce glare during play. The design also introduces a restroom building, seating, game tables, a pergola, and a walking loop with exercise stations through the existing woodland. Across the street, two dog parks accommodate both large and small dogs.
