Our landscape design for Cushing Academy, supports a new residence hall while reinforcing the character and circulation of the existing campus. Informed by the site’s historical context and topographical challenges, the design carefully integrates pedestrian and service access, creating a functional and cohesive landscape that blends seamlessly with the established campus aesthetic. The introduction of new plantings and large canopy trees soften the space, while subtle grading interventions seamlessly integrate the site into the broader campus framework.
