Our team crafted a master plan for The Delaney at The Vale during its concept design phase, shaping a cohesive environment for independent living, assisted living, and memory care in the newly built community’s 2.3‑acre suburban site. Organized around outdoor courtyards and terraces, the design ensures that every unit has a private balcony or patio, providing residents with a direct connection to nature. Two dedicated memory‑care households enjoy a secure courtyard with sensory gardens and quiet planting areas to support reminiscence, orientation, and calming outdoor experiences. Our landscape plan weaves welcoming entry forecourts, garden‑edge seating for outdoor dining, paths suited for gentle exercise, and curated planting palettes that reinforce therapeutic memory‑care needs. The layout integrates communal green spaces and secure walking loops that encourage engagement, wellness, and thoughtful wayfinding throughout the site.
