This senior living residential development in New Hampshire was envisioned as a new urbanist community, providing a range of commercial and recreational amenities tailored to—but not exclusively for—seniors. The landscape master plan established a framework that works in close relationship with the buildings while offering spaces for both active and passive recreation, as well as commercial and communal gathering. The site features a streetscaped urban core with an entry plaza for drop-off, outdoor seating for a restaurant and café, and a water feature. Future phases outlined in the master plan include strolling paths through native meadow and tree plantings, a community park for active recreation—including pickleball courts, a dog run, bocce court, and raised vegetable beds—and a village green for community gatherings, along with a sensory garden located near intensive memory care. The landscape also includes private residential garden terraces for ground-floor units.
