This small art college is distributed across several blocks in downtown Manchester and lacks a clear campus center. The master plan proposes a strategic investment in an existing park—expanding and enhancing it as a shared civic space—while improving streetscapes between academic buildings to establish a coherent sense of place. By organizing new development around this expanded park and strengthening pedestrian connections, the plan would create a legible campus heart while giving back to the surrounding neighborhood.
