Ticcoma Green is envisioned as a vibrant community village rooted in inclusivity and a strong sense of identity. The landscape design draws cues from the vernacular of late–18th-century Nantucket houses, using simplicity and restraint to complement the surrounding architecture. Outdoor spaces are organized to maximize shared use and foster daily interaction, with a central lawn, outdoor terraces, an expansive play area, and community gardens forming the social heart of the site.
