Our project team at Crowley Cottrell worked closely with the architect to develop a site plan for a 4-acre parcel located beneath the I-93 exit ramp, which serves as the new home of the DCR maintenance facility. Distinct plantings coexist with the building’s architecture, while new sidewalks create a pedestrian connection to a nearby skate park. Our incorporation of nighttime light displays that project onto the underside of I-93 can be altered according to season and holidays.
