We produced a feasibility study for the Town of Cohasset that compares the existing site of its Town Hall building with two potential sites for renovation and potential building expansion. Each site was evaluated based on its proximity to the town center and other important civic and cultural locations, topography and vegetation, soil type, and land use. We evaluated several options for fitting the desired program on each site, comparing buildable area, available parking, and ease of access, while also incorporating the towns’ desired site improvements, including new entrances, pathways, gathering spaces, and landscaping.
