Kreitzberg Library
Norwich University
In conjunction with a major architectural renovation, the goal of the landscape improvements for Norwich University’s Kreitzberg Library was to create an open, welcoming presence for a building that had previously been enclosed by an overgrown hedge. The design introduced an expanded main entry plaza and a small side terrace, with walkways thoughtfully integrated into the existing campus path system. Planting and grading strategies refine the space and frame the library’s historic architecture, reinforcing its role as a central and accessible campus destination.
