Crowley Cottrell collaborated with the architects on the renovation of this 1907 Italian Renaissance Revival home, integrating a contemporary addition with a modern landscape. The design emphasized clarity and simplicity, grounding the architecture in a clean outdoor setting. A linear terrace provides space for dining and entertaining before stepping down to an open lawn that supports play and informal gathering. Existing mature trees were preserved, providing structure and shade while anchoring the house in its established setting. Planting is deliberately minimal, reinforcing the crisp geometry of the hardscape and maintaining focus on the home.
