This home sits within the 100’ buffer of a historic New England wetland, therefore sensitivity to the natural environment led the design of this private residence. The added deck and pool maximized views of the conservation area and providing opportunity for observation and contemplation. The existing wetland meadow was enhanced and increased through the development of a careful mowing schedule and additions of native perennials.
