Topsfield, MA

 

The landscape scope of this project included new parking and accessible entrances to the historic building and the new addition. Sensitivity to the rural character and the building’s significant location on the Town Common were a key concerns in the landscape intervention. Rain gardens, an underground cistern, and native plantings are sustainable techniques that were utilized in the site plan.
